Nickname (s): Ara, Lazy ass, and Pineapple

Parents: Nara Shikamaru and Ino

Eye color: Pale blue (crystal like his mothers)
Hair color: To his shoulders brown hair, one black streak on the side of his hair.
Favorite Food: Miso Ramen, Honey Dango, and Crab Oniigiri
Description: Arashi is a tough nut to crack, he's normally laid back and tends to believe that everything and anything is either annoying or to troublesome to deal with. He's a nice guy though once you get to know him, and he sticks up for his friends. Though he's normally laid back he has a rather bad temper and voices his opinion rather loudly, when Arashi doesn't like something- you'll know. He's one of the most popular kids in the academy, be it his IQ, his looks, or maybe it's because he doesn't talk to many people. (since it worked with Sasuke!) He gets top marks in everything he does, he is lazy but wouldn't dare bring a bad mark home to his parents. Ino's a strict mother- let no one ever tell you differently! Arashi is dependable and loyal, but can be a royal sarcastic prick if he needs to be.
Arashi's outfit is all black, his shirt is a sleeveless turtle neck with arm bands and arm cuffs. Everything on his upper body is weighted for trainning means. His bottom half consists of long black pants bound to one leg with some wraps, with a belt that holds his Bo on his back around his wasit. His Konoha head band is also around his waist like his mother. He wears black Uchiha sandals he got for his birthday, and often carries a load of weapons and scrolls in his pouches.
History: Arashi was the top of his class growing up, always had been, but for reasons that most people would see as selfish. In the beginning Arashi was a bright, happy little child. It wasn't till he first went in to the academy and met up with the Hyuuga and Uchiha did he begin to change. Even despite that Arashi was still happy, the influence of his best friend Uzumaki Shangoh made sure that he was always secure in himself. However; at a younge age Arashi and Shangoh had a conflict that resulted in their friendship being ended, thus, Arashi's wall of defense began to shatter. No longer the happy and bright child influenced by friendship Arashi fell victum to jealousy and evny over the Advanced bloodline clans. He wanted to prove that he could be better than them, that you weren't special because you were born with something others didn't have-- that being special was something you earned. He was often ignored in his younger days, before he had finally taken a stance on his place. The moment Arashi began to show his IQ and swift learning ablity, people began to notice him. This made him hate people, and this hate grew to a point where he formed a hard mask to hide who he was. Spitful, selfish, and sarcastic Arashi went through the academy often toppling the Advanced children out of spite, to put them in their place. It wasn't till Uchiha Rena came to his class room that he had actually started to believe these advanced clans could have people in it that he'd be able to like.
Arashi often tormented Uchiha Tenjousen, and Rena would be right there with him. They got close, but like many people in Arashi's younger years, he wasn't as close to them as assumed. He was a closed off book. It wasn't till later that he had began to grow feelings for the very person he bullied. Sure, Arashi bullied a lot of people, but something about Tenjou drove him crazy. The answers were lacking and Arashi was the type to need answers. After the teams were sorted and he was placed with Tenjou, their relationship grew beyond hateful rage and rivalry in to something loving. They became friends then a tad more, but that was destined to fail. While Arashi had changed, and became a more open and careing person-- he had began to become friends with Rena again but this time for real. Arashi, Rena, and Tenjou had became notoriously known as the "OT3" because they were rarely found apart. Arashi spent most of his time at Tenjous house, he had began to adore the very Uchiha he used to hate.
But alas. In a battle during the war against Rock, Arashi was infected with a dark charka seal that slowly took over his mind and infested him with the very evil that he fought his whole life. Though the Rokudaime, and Sakura-basan had tried their best to help him; in the end Arashi fell victom to the over powering evil and attempted to take the lives of the two people he loved the most. After forceing the chakra out of his own mind Arashi was struck in to a coma. It wasn't till after he woke that he realized he had lost part of his memory, and jutsu's that took him his whole life to learn. Not only did he lose that, but it appeared that his best friends were now less than that. And once again in his life, Nara Arashi was all alone.
Arashi has since tried very hard to over-come many things and bring his life back to normal. Through failed romances, near death expereinces, and losing the dream of becoming a Medical nin. He has grown to measures that no one would have expected, mentally strong and ready to take on anything Arashi has faced his darkness and has now pushed through it. He can now smile at the people around him and mean it, and he fights everyday to repair what was once broken. Though he knows he will never become a Medical nin, he still trains on the side to improve what he knows. Arashi also has currently made up with his childhood friend Uzumaki Shangoh, and are now both venturing back in time to a place where they were once close friends and building a bridge to close that gap.
Though his life has been hard, he knew this the moment he decided to become a ninja-- he lives for his code and strives to become a better person. To never give in to the darkness inside, to protect the ones you love, he understands these maybe more than some people ever will.
After the Time Jump Arashi is well on his way to becoming a successful Medical nin, he has be promoted to Chuunin and trains under Shizune to learn the ways of healing. While on the side he helps out at the Hospital, and trains his own ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu in atemps to becoming what he likes to call 'Hybred'. Though he will never be as strong as someone who focuses on their time and efforts on one subject he is vast in many different areas.
